Vivian Velvet has been wowing audiences with her classic style since
2005.  She is a member of the critically acclaimed Chicago Starlets
Burlesque troupe, directed by Michelle L'amour, and an instructor at
Studio L'amour.

Ms. Velvet has appeared at venues across the country,   including:
Chicago's Music Box Theater, Chopin Theater,  and the Chicago Center
for the Performing Arts; the Exotic World Pageant in Las Vegas, the New
York and Toronto Burlesque Festivals, and at San Francisco's
"Tease-O-Rama".  She is a talented seamstress known for her beautiful
and creative handmade costumes, expertly designed to be removed with a
sultry flair.

Inspired by vintage music and pin-up art, Ms. Velvet strives to bring the
beauty and grace, charm and humor, wit and glamour, and of course,
sensuality of classic burlesque to the stage.  She believes that burlesque is
truly an appreciation, not exploitation, of a woman's sexuality.
